Biography:
Jack Gibbons has been the Chair of the Ontario Clean Air Alliance since 1997. In the past he has been a Project Manager at the Ontario Energy Board and a Toronto Hydro Commissioner. He studied economics at the University of Toronto (B.A.), Queens’ University (M.A.) and the University of British Columbia.
