Summary:

We will examine the Government of Ontario’s plans to meet 75% of Ontario’s electricity needs with nuclear energy by 2050 and the lower cost alternatives.

Biography:

Jack Gibbons has been the Chair of the Ontario Clean Air Alliance since 1997.    In the past he has been a Project Manager at the Ontario Energy Board and a Toronto Hydro Commissioner.   He studied economics at the University of Toronto (B.A.), Queens’ University (M.A.) and the University of British Columbia.
