Subject: Fw: A Documentary about Herman Daly, who was USA COR Donella Meadows prize winner.
Dear Colleagues,
Please share this announcement of a film with your networks. Herman frequently spoke to our USA COR members, especially when we were all meeting in Washington DC and he was at World Bank. He was good friend to many and mentor to many more. He introduced good economic valuations into many categories such as environmental services, and human services. He had won many prizes and above all he won our USA COR prize. He was a COR member, nominated by myself. Being a late life polio victim, he passed too soon.
This is a fitting tribute. He also worked with CaCOR people including Rob Hoffman and Peter Victor.
Best regards,
Anitra Thorhaug, Ph.D.
Co-President USA COR.

Subject: A Documentary about Herman Daly
Dear Friends of Herman Daly:
The worldwide awareness and appreciation of Herman Daly is continuing to spread!
Now, noted filmmaker John DeGraaf has decided to move forward with the making of a documentary film about Daly’s life and ideas. It will be called “Econoclast.”
DeGraaf has produced a five-minute trailer to promote interest in the film and to help with fundraising for its completion. We’re attaching it here for you — we hope you like it as much as we do.
All the best, Peter Harnik and Peter Victor
P.S. If you have comments on the film or on the topic, please send them to us. If you might want to contribute toward its making, there is a button you can click on the web page.
