Bill Gates’ new book, How To Avoid a Climate Disaster, is worth reading

Published in 2021, the full title of the ~250 page book is How To Avoid a Climate Disaster: the Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need.  The familiar style and large font makes for easy reading.  The book is clearly written and presents lay readers with Mr. Gates views: the climate situation is serious, it is our fault, and we have the ability to change our behaviours and invent solutions.  It gives good summaries of what the climate crisis is and how we got here, what current technologies we can deploy to help reduce emissions, and what we need to do to get out of this mess.  Not everyone will agree with all the solutions, but this is a good start.
