Throughout the years, numerous studies have highlighted the effects of human-induced climate change on insect species, including pollinators. A new study led by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in Boston takes this research a step further by looking at the impact of pollination loss on human health. With fewer insects that deliver pollen, the study links inadequate pollination to 427,000 excess deaths worldwide on an annual basis. Click here for more on what researchers discovered.
